These terms apply when you use the ZAVERONA website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Screens, supplier updates and production changes can result in minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance. Material changes to the product ordered will not be substituted without an appropriate remedy.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud is suspected, or we cannot lawfully fulfil it. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion would be unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms for legal, operational or service reasons. The version applying to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
