Can I use StepFlow under a standing desk?
Yes, when your desk provides comfortable clearance and the area around the walking pad is open and stable. Begin at a low speed, keep enough room to step off safely and reserve detailed tasks for a stationary position when needed. The desk is not included.
Is the 9% incline automatic?
No. The incline is manual. Stop and power off the walking pad, then lift and secure the rear support before starting the inclined session. Set it before you begin; it is not adjusted from the remote.
Can it be used for running?
The advertised speed range is 1–8 km/h. StepFlow is best positioned for walking, brisk walking and light jogging rather than full-speed running. Use a pace that matches your stability, stride and available space.
How large and heavy is the unit?
The advertised dimensions are approximately 90 × 50 × 12 cm, with a 90 × 39 cm walking area. The reference variant is listed at 16 kg and includes integrated transport wheels.
What do the display and remote control?
The front panel shows speed, distance, time and estimated calories. The supplied remote gives you direct control of the walking pad during use. Follow the supplied manual and operate only from a stable position.
Is it completely silent?
No treadmill is silent. Sound varies with speed, user weight, floor construction, belt alignment and maintenance. Place StepFlow on a stable level surface and consider a suitable floor mat where vibration may travel.
What is included in the box?
The exact-model packing image shows the walking pad, remote control, power cord, hex wrench, two bottles of silicone oil, instruction manual and two screw knobs.
Which plug and voltage will I receive?
The destination plug and voltage must match your delivery country. The supplier route and plug type will be confirmed before dispatch.
How do I maintain the belt?
Follow the supplied manual for lubrication, belt centring and cleaning. Keep liquids away from the motor housing, do not use a damaged cable and stop use if the belt slips or tracks incorrectly.
