What is included?

Does vacuum sealing replace refrigeration?
No. Vacuum sealing does not sterilise food. Perishable food must still be prepared, refrigerated or frozen according to normal food-safety guidance.
Can the bags be reused?
Compatible bags are intended for reuse when thoroughly cleaned and dried. Replace any bag that is damaged, retains odours or cannot be cleaned properly.
Will ordinary zipper bags work?
No. FreshLock™ requires a compatible zipper-style vacuum bag with an air valve.
How does charging work?
The unit uses standard 5V USB charging and has a 1200 mAh rechargeable battery. Charging time and cycle count can vary with the power source and use.
